BBQ SAUCE

10 lb Diced onions 2 1/2 oz Tabasco
20 oz Margerine or oil 1/4 c Italian spice mix
5 qt Water 1 1/2 oz Garlic powder
25 lb Ketchup 1 1/2 oz Chili powder
5 lb Brown sugar 1 1/4 oz Dry mustard
5 c Cider vinegar 1 1/4 oz Ground allspice
20 oz Beef or chicken base 2 tb Black pepper.
5 oz Liquid smoke 10 oz Corn Starch
Saute Onions in Margarine or Oil. Then Add all other but Corn Starch. Cook
all this mess till it gets hot, then thicken it with corn starch that has
been mixed into 5 cups cold water. Makes 5 gallons.
